Teaching Artistry + Workshop Facilitation
Youth & Adult learning + Engagement
As a trained teaching artist and workshop facilitator, I offer collaborative, culturally-competent, and people-centered learning experience. Workshops utilize artmaking as a foundation to observation and response, history keeping, critical thinking, problem-solving, and expanding the imagination. Mediums and topics engaged include: poetry writing and performance, visual art, mural-making, craftwork, and art-based community inquiry, engagement, and development.
